By placing a pre-order with LegacyTCG, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that has not yet been released or received into our inventory.
Pre-order products are reserved for customers before the official release date, allowing collectors to secure upcoming Pokémon TCG products in advance.
2. Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability until the order has been confirmed by LegacyTCG. In rare situations, manufacturer allocation changes, supply limitations, or unforeseen circumstances may affect fulfillment.
3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment requirements will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Depending on the product, full payment may be required at the time of purchase. Your payment method must be valid and authorized for the order to be accepted.
If payment cannot be processed successfully, your pre-order may be delayed or canceled.
4. Release Dates & Shipping
Release dates provided by manufacturers are estimates and may change due to production delays, distribution issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available and pass our quality checks.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
5. Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request separate shipments.
6. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted before the order enters processing.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment or released for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
7. Pre-Order Refunds
If LegacyTCG is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to circumstances such as supplier shortages, allocation changes, or product cancellation, you will receive a refund for the affected item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
